Filters, saving, and sharing

• Official filters are free to use. Without signing in, you can browse filters, use the camera, adjust photo effects, and save photo results to Photos.
• Guests can bookmark up to ten official or other creators' public filters on this device. Guest bookmarks are not automatically merged with or uploaded to an account library.
• The signed-in free account library holds ten presets in total, combining presets you create and filters you bookmark. Updating the same saved preset does not use an extra slot.
• Sign in to save your own presets, back up and synchronize your account library across devices, and publish or manage presets under your creator identity. Saving a modified preset copy and other community interactions also require sign-in.
• Eligible public presets can be shared by an app link. Private presets are not available through public links. Publication and availability remain subject to visibility settings and moderation.
• Only include sticker images you created or have permission to share and reuse. Saving an image from the internet does not give you redistribution rights.

Calotype Pro and subscriptions

Pro is offered as monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. It includes ad removal, unlimited preset saving, and additional camera and editing features. The App Store purchase screen shows the local price, billing period, and available offer before purchase.

Pro expiry does not automatically remove saved filters. If your library exceeds the free limit, review all saved entries, choose up to ten plus previously earned bonus slots to keep, and explicitly confirm. Only unselected library entries are unsaved. Your own preset originals, community posts, and photos already saved to Photos remain. Unsaved owned preset originals stay linked to your account until account deletion; unsaved bookmarks are not automatically restored if you subscribe again.

To cancel renewal on iPhone, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Calotype → Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app or your Calotype account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancellation and refund requests are separate processes.

To restore access, use Restore Purchases in Calotype while signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase. If access still does not return, contact support with your app version and the issue. Never send your Apple password or card details.

Delete your account

1. Open Calotype and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings → Delete account.
3. Read the deletion information and confirm Delete account. Wait for the result; if an error appears, follow the message or contact support.

Deletion removes your account, profile, private library, retained preset originals, public presets, and associated community data from the active service, and clears the current account’s local caches. Photos already saved to your iPhone photo library stay on your device.

Copies other people previously saved or exported cannot all be recalled. Limited purchase-verification records may remain with the account link removed. Backups and legally necessary records may have a separate deletion process; see the privacy policy. Cancel any Apple subscription separately.

Camera, face effects, and permissions

If the camera does not open, check Calotype’s camera permission in iPhone Settings. For photo-saving problems, check permission to add photos and available device storage.

Face retouching and makeup require separate face-data consent. Face landmarks are processed temporarily on your iPhone for these effects. You can withdraw consent in Calotype Settings → Face data consent; regular photography and color filters remain available.

Contact and content reports

In the app, open Settings → Customer support · My inquiries to send a question and see the reply. If you cannot access your account, email binihaus5117@gmail.com.

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Calotype version, and a short description of the problem. Send screenshots only when needed, and remove personal information first.

Report copyright or inappropriate-content concerns through the app’s reporting menu, or email the preset link and an explanation. A report’s submission status and review outcome can be checked in the app; submission does not mean that a review or removal has already happened.

필터·보관함·공유

• 공식 필터는 무료로 사용할 수 있어요. 로그인 없이 필터를 둘러보고, 카메라로 촬영하고, 사진 효과를 조절해 결과를 사진 앨범에 저장할 수 있어요.
• 비회원은 공식 필터나 다른 제작자의 공개 필터를 총 10개까지 이 기기에 담아둘 수 있어요. 비회원이 담은 필터는 계정 보관함에 자동으로 합쳐지거나 업로드되지 않아요.
• 로그인한 무료 회원의 기본 보관함은 직접 만든 필터와 담은 필터를 합쳐 총 10개예요. 같은 프리셋을 수정해 저장하면 추가 칸을 사용하지 않아요.
• 본인 프리셋 저장, 계정 보관함 백업과 여러 기기 동기화, 본인 이름으로 프리셋을 공개하고 관리하려면 로그인이 필요해요. 수정한 프리셋을 별도로 저장하거나 다른 커뮤니티 기능을 이용할 때도 로그인이 필요해요.
• 공유 가능한 공개 프리셋은 앱 링크로 나눌 수 있어요. 비공개 프리셋은 공개 링크로 열 수 없어요. 공개 설정과 운영 정책에 따라 게시·이용 가능 여부가 달라질 수 있어요.
• 직접 제작했거나 공유·재사용 허락을 받은 스티커만 포함해 주세요. 인터넷에서 이미지를 내려받았다는 이유만으로 재배포 권리가 생기지는 않아요.

Calotype Pro·구독 관리

Pro는 월간·연간 자동 갱신 구독이에요. 광고 제거, 무제한 프리셋 저장과 추가 촬영·편집 기능을 제공해요. 지역별 가격·결제 기간·적용 가능한 혜택은 구매 전 App Store 결제 화면에서 확인해 주세요.

Pro가 만료되어도 저장한 필터가 자동으로 삭제되지는 않아요. 무료 한도를 넘으면 전체 저장 항목을 확인하고 기본 10개와 기존 보너스 칸 범위에서 남길 항목을 고른 뒤 직접 확정해요. 선택하지 않은 보관함 항목만 해제되며 본인 프리셋 원본·커뮤니티 게시물·이미 사진 앨범에 저장한 사진은 유지돼요. 보관함에서 해제한 본인 프리셋 원본은 계정 삭제 시까지 계정에 연결해 보관하고, 해제한 북마크는 재구독해도 자동 복원하지 않아요.

iPhone에서 갱신을 해지하려면 iPhone 설정 → 내 이름 → 구독 → Calotype → 구독 취소를 선택하세요. 앱 삭제나 Calotype 계정 탈퇴만으로 Apple 구독이 해지되지 않아요. 해지와 환불 요청은 별도 절차예요.

구매했던 Apple 계정으로 로그인한 상태에서 앱의 구매 복원을 사용해 주세요. 이용권이 복원되지 않으면 앱 버전과 증상을 적어 문의해 주세요. Apple 계정 암호나 카드 정보는 보내지 마세요.

계정 삭제 방법

1. Calotype을 열고 삭제하려는 계정으로 로그인해 주세요.
2. 설정 → 계정 탈퇴를 선택해 주세요.
3. 삭제 안내를 읽고 계정 탈퇴를 눌러 확정한 뒤 처리 결과를 확인해 주세요. 오류가 나타나면 안내에 따라 다시 시도하거나 고객 지원으로 문의해 주세요.

현재 서비스의 계정·프로필·보관함·보존된 본인 프리셋 원본·공개 프리셋과 연결된 커뮤니티 정보가 삭제되고, 현재 계정의 기기 캐시도 지워져요. iPhone 사진 앨범에 이미 저장한 사진은 유지돼요.

다른 사람이 이미 저장하거나 내보낸 사본은 모두 회수할 수 없어요. 구매 검증에 필요한 일부 거래 기록은 계정 연결을 제거해 보관할 수 있어요. 백업이나 법적으로 필요한 기록은 별도 삭제 절차가 적용될 수 있으며, 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침에 안내돼 있어요. Apple 구독은 따로 해지해 주세요.

카메라·얼굴 효과·권한

카메라가 열리지 않으면 iPhone 설정에서 Calotype의 카메라 권한을 확인해 주세요. 사진이 저장되지 않으면 사진 추가 권한과 기기 저장 공간을 확인해 주세요.

얼굴 보정·메이크업에는 별도의 얼굴 분석 정보 사용 동의가 필요해요. 얼굴 특징 위치는 효과 적용을 위해 iPhone에서 임시 처리해요. Calotype 설정 → 얼굴 분석 정보 사용 동의에서 철회할 수 있고, 일반 촬영·색감 필터는 계속 사용할 수 있어요.

앱의 설정 → 고객 지원 · 내 문의에서 문의를 보내고 답변을 확인할 수 있어요. 계정에 접근할 수 없다면 binihaus5117@gmail.com으로 이메일을 보내 주세요.

저작권 침해나 부적절한 콘텐츠는 앱의 신고 메뉴를 이용하거나 프리셋 링크와 설명을 이메일로 보내 주세요. 앱에서 신고 전송 상태와 검토 결과를 확인할 수 있어요. 신고 전송 완료가 검토 완료나 콘텐츠 중단을 뜻하지는 않아요.
